SILECROFT

Owning a caravan holiday home at Silecroft is a cost effective
method of owning a holiday home in the country. You will be able to relax
and do as little or as much as you like!

What are the annual pitch fees on the
Park?
Annual pitch fee are £1,468 including VAT, for 2010 season,
plus local authority rates and water sewerage charges totalling £302.
Are there any other charges? The
only other costs involve related to gas and electricity. Electricity is
metered and charged at the normal domestic rate at the end of each
season.
Am I expected to manage the grounds around my holiday
home? The park staff cut grass and strim around all the caravan
holiday homes.
Do we need to pay to use the leisure
facilities? Caravan holiday home Owners and their direct
families are allowed to use the pool facilities, free of charge. There
is a small charge for friends and acquaintances.
How long is Silecroft Park open?
The
park is open from 1st March to 2nd January each year.
How long may our caravan remain at Silecroft
Park? New caravan holiday homes are provided with a
minimum period at Silecroft Park of 15 years.
The agreement with Silecroft Park can then renewed annually
thereafter, subject to the agreement of all concerned.
